About metals and alloys testing
Our State-of-the-art technology provides complete metal chemistry analysis with accuracy and
reliability which is traceable to wide range of CRM/SRM reference materials. Atmy Labs has very advanced technology
to analyze diversified metals and their alloys through:
Direct reading spark spectrometer (O.E.S. – optical emission spectrometer)
ICP-OES (Inductively coupled plasma spectrometer)
WD-XRF - 4.0kW (wavelength dispersive X-Ray fluorescence spectrometer)
Currently Atmy Labs is competent to analyse Inorganic elements in traces ppb and ppm level to % by ICP & WD-XRF. The WD-XRF is sophisticated instrument have the capability
to analyse any element from carbon to uranium in the periodic table. Though direct reading Spectrometer provides the accurate results of various base metals but some asymmetrical
or small sample which is not possible through OES their analysis to be carry out by ICP-OES and WDXRF spectrometer.
Metals and alloys testing
Metals and alloys testing is an essential process used to evaluate the quality,
composition, and performance of metallic materials and alloys. At Atmy Labs,
we provide comprehensive testing services to ensure metals and alloys meet required mechanical,
chemical, and metallurgical standards.
